Do you love your children or grandchildren “to the moon and back”? Then this is the perfect custom wind chime for you. The custom moon topper is hand cut from ceramic stoneware clay, embossed with the sentiment “Grandma’s Shining Stars” (or a custom phrase, if you’d like), glazed with 3 coats of deep blue and starry silver glaze, and then fired at over 2000 degrees in my kiln. The stars vary in size from 3 to 4 1/4 inches in width, and will be hand cut and embossed with your children’s or grandchildren’s names, and glazed in a variety of lovely starry blue glazes. Finishing off the wind chime will be a moon with the phrase “I <3 U" All chimes are strung using weather-safe nylon braid, and hang from weather safe nylon cording (the kind fishing nets are made from). Overall length of chime depends on the number of names added. Chime shown has 6 stars and measures about 20 inches in length from the top of the moon to the bottom of the lower moon. Custom colors also available, colors shown are an example only. 4th and 5th photos are examples of custom colors, but I can make whatever you request. If you don't ask for a custom color, you will receive the dark blue chime with lighter highlights shown in the first 3 photos. Due to the absolutely custom nature of this chime, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for completion. After your order is placed, I will contact you for names and phrases. **photo stars also available**
