Our Spartan Training Spear & Throw Rope helps prepare for the Spartan spear throw, with practice, no Burpee’s . LISTING IS FOR ONE SPEAR. These will help build your throwing muscles & technique, giving you confidence & edge you need. Our spear is 67 inches long and has a 8 inch straight spike. We include 25 feet of 3/16 inch rope, so you can attach it to the spear and the other end to something heavy. This allows you to control the distance it goes and you will be able to pull it back. Heavy duty epoxy is used to make sure the spear tip is super durable. A motivational sticker added. The sticker has Endurance, Strength, Power, Determination, and Agility.
