Our Spartan Training Spear & Throw Rope helps prepare for the Spartan spear throw, with practice, no Burpee’s . LISTING IS FOR ONE SPEAR. These will help build your throwing muscles & technique, giving you confidence & edge you need. Our spear is 67 inches long and has a 8 inch straight spike. We include 25 feet of 3/16 inch rope, so you can attach it to the spear and the other end to something heavy. This allows you to control the distance it goes and you will be able to pull it back. Heavy duty epoxy is used to make sure the spear tip is super durable. A motivational sticker added. The sticker has Endurance, Strength, Power, Determination, and Agility. The handle is wood, just like standard race spears. Contact us anytime with questions. Enjoy your 2017 races. We have sold hundred spears with no issues. But if you do have an issue with your spear, just send us a picture of the issue and will send you a new spear at no cost.
